Practical information on the Photo library

Over one million negatives on Belgium's cultural heritage are available...

Consult the photo library online

Keep in mind that all documents are not in our database yet. Do not hesitate to visit the reading room on the first floor.

During the renovation works on the first floor, from February 18 until June 18 2010, the visitors of the photo library will be received in the library. Visitors will still be able to consult the photo documents, but the old paper index files will not be available in this period. From June 18 until September 17, both the library and the photo library will be closed for the public.

We apologise for the inconvenience.
