Ordering photographs

All photos of the photo library can be ordered. Some copyrights are necessary if you want to use the photos for private use or publish them. Furthermore, if you want to use a photo of a work of art, you might have to ask the author for permission. In the database, next to the photo you will find the copyright and the name of the claimant(s), if we have been previously informed.

There are two ways of ordering photos:

- online: by clicking on the icon 'enlarged image' in the database.

- downloading the order form.

Each negative in the collection has its own number (ex: Z003280). You must use this number when ordering.

There are three types of delivery:

- Digital delivery
- CD-ROM
- Prints on paper

Delivery:

After reception of the prepayment there is a two week minimum delivery period.

Rates:

Scan of analogous black/white photos (JPG, 300 dpi)

Scan of analogous colour photos (JPG, 300 dpi)

Original digital colour photos 

Authors of the works of art, the owners (private or public) and beneficiaries of cultural agreements can benefit from a 25% special discount. Students can benefit from a 50% special discount.


Remarks:

All special (laboratory photos and particular enlargments) and urgent orders are subject to the agreement of the direction and a special rate is applied.
